Kidology is excited to offer sports physical clinics for our surrounding communities during the back to school season!  You do not have to be a regular patient of our office to participate in our sports physical clinics.  

We will be offering this clinic every Tuesday in August, from 9am-3pm.  The cost is $40 if the patient does not need an EKG, and $60 if they do.  

Please bring your sports paperwork with you for our providers to review and sign (but don't worry if you forget, we have blank copies you can fill out in the office if needed).  :)
